Museo Ralli Marbella

One of five Ralli museums founded by the banker Harry Recanati, the Marbella branch opened in 2000 in a villa-style building at Coral Beach and shows Latin American surrealism and figurative painting alongside sculptures by Dalí and works by Chagall and Miró, with a sculpture garden outside. Entry is free and the galleries are almost always quiet, which makes it an easy 45-minute cultural stop between beach and lunch. Open Tuesday to Friday 10:00 to 17:00 and Saturdays 10:00 to 15:00; closed Sundays, Mondays and for several weeks over Christmas and January.
