Colección del Museo Ruso

The museum opened in 2015 as the first branch of St. Petersburg's State Russian Museum in Western Europe, but the loaned collection went back to Russia in May 2022 after the invasion of Ukraine. The city has kept the venue open under the same name with exhibitions drawn from private and European collections, such as the Costakis avant-garde collection from Thessaloniki and shows on Anna Pavlova, so check what is on before making the trip out to the Tabacalera building west of the center. Open Tuesday to Sunday 09:30 to 20:00; general admission is €4, or €8 combined with the MEET exhibition space, and free on Sundays from 16:00.
