About Chambao by Puente Romano
Chambao takes its name from the improvised beach shelters Andalusians have always built for a day by the sea, and the Puente Romano team opened it in 2024 a five-minute walk from the resort on Nagüeles beach. Expect sea-facing daybeds under pergolas, a kitchen built around Almadraba tuna, paellas and grilled fish, and a quieter register than the party clubs. Published season hours are 12:30 to 20:00 daily; it closes in the off-season and was listed as temporarily closed in October 2026.
