About Gran Hotel Miramar
Inaugurated by King Alfonso XIII in 1926 to a design by Fernando Guerrero Strachan, the Miramar served as a hospital in the Civil War and as the city's law courts before Hoteles Santos restored it and reopened it in 2017. The white palace on Paseo de Reding has 190 rooms, a Sisley spa, heated pools and several restaurants, and it faces La Malagueta beach a ten-minute walk from the Picasso Museum and the port. It is the natural base for a culture-first stay in the city.
