Estepona Old Town

Estepona's historic center was pedestrianized and replanted street by street, each lane now hung with flower pots in its own color, and it has become the most photographed old town on the western coast. Start at Plaza de las Flores, where the tourist office hands out the mural route map covering more than 60 large wall paintings across town, including the enormous Día de Pesca by José Fernández Ríos. The Wednesday market, Sunday marina market and the Orchidarium are all within a 15-minute walk.
