A bright, modern holiday villa in the pine-shaded beachside streets of Elviria, five minutes' walk from the sand and the beach clubs. The open-plan living room flows to a covered terrace, a heated 12-metre pool and an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue and pizza oven.

Five bedrooms (four doubles, one twin) sleep ten guests, each with air conditioning and en-suite or adjacent bathrooms. There is a games room with table football and a large screen, fast Wi-Fi throughout, a laundry room and secure parking for three cars behind electric gates.
