Playa de la Rada

La Rada is the long central beach of Estepona, fronting the whole length of the town's seafront promenade. The sand is dark and firm, the water shelves gently, and the chiringuitos along it are a local institution for grilled sardines and paella. Two large underground car parks sit behind the promenade, and the old town is a few minutes' walk inland. Facilities include showers, restrooms, sunbed hire and summer lifeguards.
